The centerpiece of our Expo is the Freedom 4/24 Run 4 Their Lives 5K Walk and Run. Invite your family and friends to join us in the work of preventing and ending human trafficking by participating in this race!
Meet the Organizers
Lauren, a skilled event planner and devoted mother, has joined forces with Lee, a former respiratory therapist who now owns a thriving local yoga studio, to bring a comprehensive array of health and wellness offerings to the Lynchburg community. Together, they are committed to promoting a holistic approach to well-being, catering to the diverse needs and interests of residents in the area.
